PRICES:
Prices are calculated in Euro and cover the hotel stay or the flight mentioned in the booking . Prices do NOT include personal expenses , such as minibar , telephone and pay TV use , or other services offered directly by the hotel . All extras incurred by consumers must be paid directly to the hotel before their departure. We will not pay hotels for consumer's personal hotel charges . Travel documents ( vouchers - e tickets ) are available for download in the system.
No penalty will be applied if the cancellation is sent by fax or e mail or via online system within the terms indicated in the commercial agreement .Cancellation must be acknowledged by us in writing.
For sure first night of stay will be invoiced.When a minimum stay is required all the nights confirmed will be invoiced .During trade fairs or special events , all nights confirmed will be invoiced.
If we invoice a non-arrival but the hotel later confirms the client did stay we will raise a supplementary invoice which must be paid.
Cancellations notified directly to the hotel or airlines will not be effective.For group services other than accommodation - such as city sightseeing tours or transfers , same conditions will be applied . For air tickets , we have to follow the rules of each invividual fare - ticket .
Any complaint about the booking service must be notified to Kronos Online in writting or by e mail as soon as possible.
The hotel category is expressed by stars and is the official classification in force in the hotel's country , whenever that country's legislation requires it.Not all the countries have an official classification yet.
Note: in some countries double beds are not available and double rooms feature two single beds , linked or separated , or a fairly small double bed.
The participants must have a valid passport or other identity document accepted for entry in all of the countries in which the stay shall take place and all relevant visa and all required health certificates , if any.The participants shall have to observe all normal cautions and the specific laws and regulations in force in the countries of destination. Luggage is transported at the customer's risk , and the organisation shall in no way be held responsible for losses or damages.
Immediate credit card payment must be effected upon & before confirmation of services. In case a consumer wants to have a different way of payment , bank transfer for example , should contact to our FIT booking department.
Information on the site is posted in good faith and updated , by Kronos Online cannot guarantee its completeness and accuracy . Kronos Online can change , update or delete any information on this site without any prior notice. Kronos Online does not warrant that this site will not interrupted , error free or that any information or other material accessible from this site is free of virusses or other harmful components.
In the event of any inconsistency between the booking terms and the site terms , the booking terms prevail.
Kronos Online shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations which results directly or indirectly from any cause or circumstance which is beyond its reasonable control.Without limiting the generality of the foregoing , the following shall be regarded as such circumtances : act of God , outbreak of hostilities , riot , civil disturbance , acts of terrorism , revolution , the act of any goverment or authority ( including but not limited to refusal or revocation on any licence or consent ) , fire , flood , lightning , explosion , fog or bad weather , interruption or failure of a utility service ( including but not limited to electricity , gas , water or telecommunications ), renovations undertaken by the hotel , strikes , lockouts or boycotts , embargo , blockade.

Promotional or discounted offers on this site are provided at the discretion of Kronos Online . All offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

These General Conditions are governed and constructed in accordance with Greek Law . We reserve the right to make changes to our web site and to these General Conditions , at any time. In the event of any disputes arising out of this agreement the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens , Greece.
The purchase of a stay entails the integral acceptance of the above General Conditions.
